Effective date: September 19, 2026. This is a general-purpose draft prepared with reference to Armenian consumer-protection, advertising, and electronic-document law. It has not yet been reviewed by a licensed Armenian attorney — please have it reviewed before relying on it, especially once payments, auctions, or paid business accounts go live.
1. About duk.am
duk.am (“we”, “us”, “the Platform”) is an online classifieds marketplace operated for users in Armenia, allowing registered users to browse, post, and respond to classified advertisements (“Listings”) for goods, services, and opportunities. duk.am is an intermediary only — we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any Listing.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- One account per person. Business sellers must accurately represent themselves as a business.
3. Posting Listings
- You are solely responsible for the content of your Listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Listings must comply with Armenian law. Prohibited categories include (non-exhaustive): weapons and ammunition, narcotics and controlled substances, counterfeit goods, protected wildlife or wildlife products, human remains, pharmaceuticals without a licensed pharmacy, unlicensed gambling services, and any other unlawful goods or services.
- We reserve the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any Listing at our discretion, including before it is published.
- All Listings are currently free to post. We may introduce paid or featured Listings in the future, with pricing disclosed at that time.
4. Buyer/Seller Conduct
Transactions arranged through duk.am are solely between the buyer and seller. duk.am does not currently process payments, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee delivery, condition, or title of any item. We encourage users to meet in safe, public locations and to verify an item before paying.
5. Account Verification
We may ask you to verify your email address (and, in the future, phone number) before certain features are enabled. Verification is not a guarantee of a user’s identity, honesty, or trustworthiness.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- No fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or unlawful use of the Platform.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bulk data collection without our written permission.
- No circumventing moderation or posting content on behalf of a suspended account.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post but grant duk.am a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Platform. The duk.am name, logo, and site design are our property.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that Listings are accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any transaction will be completed successfully. To the maximum extent permitted by Armenian law, duk.am is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
